Lady at the counter was very nice, but the food was surprisingly cold and very salty. The peach flavored and raspberry flavored fountain iced teas tasted strange. As soon as my friend and I took a sip of each, we looked at each other and said, "eww it tastes like beer!" I spent about $44, and we ended up not eating it all, and not even getting it boxed up to take home because the food was so very salty.

I just took my lunch break here and had the best meal I have ever had from Mahana Fresh. And I’ve eaten here countless times. Keep it up guys! So fresh and delicious. Wow.

They have plenty of healthy choices, and it’s super convenient that you can swap out or eliminate ingredients based on what you like. I also appreciated the “create your own” options and being able to watch them assemble everything right in front of you. The desserts could use a little more freshness, but aside from that, the food quality was excellent.

Ordered through Door Dash. I never leave bad reviews. Steak tacos were tough & tortillas were stale. Garden vegetable soup had no substantial vegetables in it. Just some bits. Zucchini brownie was dry & overbaked. It was a shame because I was looking forward to it.

Let me tell you why you need to check this place out. Mahana Fresh is the new way of fast food — quick, casual, but super clean and healthy. Everything is fresh, everything is gluten-free, and it’s totally vegan-friendly. You can build your own bowl or go with one of their popular signatures, like the Teriyaki Tiki Bowl or the Protein Bowl. I even tried their mac & cheese topped with barbecue chicken — total flavor bomb. And yes, they’ve got desserts covered too — gluten-free chocolate zucchini brownies, chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodles… clean eating but still indulgent. I love this whole concept — it’s fast food that makes you feel good inside. Hopefully we’ll see Mahana Fresh make its way to Monmouth County soon because I’d be a regular. Eat clean, feel good — that’s the Mahana way
